Yingkou Special Steel Co., Ltd was established in 2005, located in Liaoning Province, which is 30 kms aways from Yingkou Port. Our company is dedicated in producing high-quality products, diversified varieties, short production cycles, and small-volume production. Main products are high-end forgings like die block, die steel, cold roll, forged shaft, forged bars, forged sprocket, gear steel, electroslag steel, die forging, and hand forging, which are made out of advanced high alloy steel. They are mainly used in offshore petroleum industry, mould manufacturing industry, auto industry, bearing manufacturing, mining machinery, and forging companies. We are specialized in advanced metallurgical material researching and developing, electroslag remelting, forging, and heat treatment. Our company owns 6000, 1250, and 500 tons hydraulic presses, 6300 tons friction screw press, electroslag remelting furnaces, heat treatment furnaces, lathes, band saws, millers etc. We also have testing, research and development devices such as metalloscope, tensile and impact testing machines, high speed analyzer, cryostat, hardness testers, flaw detectors, etc. More than 100 staff works for our company, among them there are many senior engineers with professorships, senior engineers, who have very rich experiences in this field.
